Here's what to do if you should need to return an item to us:
Send us an email at email@example.com and include:
your name and address
the order number and date of order
the details of which item(s) you wish to return
the reasons for your return (e.g. did not fit, changed mind)
Our policy covers 30 days. Once you have taken delivery of your item(s) they become your responsibility.
To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
You must inform us of your wish to cancel a full or partial order and return item(s) within 14 days of you receiving them. You then have a further 16 days (30 days from receipt of items) for us to receive the item back in our warehouse.
To complete your return, we may require you to provide a receipt/proof of purchase for the item(s)
You can find the address for returned goods on your order dispatch email. Please include your name, address and order number inside the parcel (this can be found on your order confirmation or dispatch email) and highlight the items you are returning. You will need to purchase the correct postage for the parcel.
When returning items we strongly recommend using a shipping service with tracking that fully covers the cost of the item(s) inside. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. In the event of your item becoming lost in transit and not reaching us, you are responsible for claiming the value from your chosen carrier.
Once your item is received in the warehouse we will email you to let you know your refund is being processed. Items received outside of normal warehouse opening hours will be processed on the next working day.
Once it's processed a credit will automatically be sent to your original method of payment within 3 working days of us receiving your return.
If you haven’t yet received your refund 10 days after it has been sent, please follow these steps:
Check again the method you used to pay for the goods – this is where the refund will have been credited.
Contact your bank/card provider to see if the refund is on the way. There is often some processing time before a refund shows up on your account.
